Welcome to Thirsk Falcons FC
We are Thirsk falcons, founded in 1948 we are an FA standard charter club based in Thirsk. We have 20 teams that cover all ages, starting with fledglings at 3-5 years old moving up to the junior age groups starting at under 7s. The junior ages go up to under 18s, after that we have 2 senior teams and an over 35 veterans team. We currently have 255 boys and girls playing at junior level throughout the age groups. The junior teams play in the TJFA (Teesside junior football alliance) while the senior teams play in the North Riding Football League. The clubs purpose is to give young children a way into football and develop them through each phase.
Each team has at least a FA Level 1 qualified coach and all coaches/volunteers are DBS (formerly CRB) checked.
Check out our contact and team page's for further information. Please take time to read our news pages, codes of conduct and support our sponsors whenever you can.
Bigger - better - stronger. The club merges with Thirsk Falcons AFC
In summer 2017, the two local clubs, Thirsk Falcons Juniors FC and adults club Thirsk Falcons AFC merged to form Thirsk Falcons FC. It is hoped the local veterans team will also join the claret and blue army.
This merger increases our player numbers and provides seamless development and playing opportunities from fledglings through to juniors, youth and adult football. As a result this site will be redeveloped to enable you to read all about our teams. The process of rebranding to Thirsk Falcons FC will be gradual and should be complete in time for the new season.
